Our confidential helpline service aims to provide information about all aspects of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, a listening ear, and signposting to other organisations or services where appropriate. You can call, email or WhatsApp us whether you are a person living with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis, a friend or family member of someone with the condition, or just someone who is interested to learn more.

Our helpline staff have in-depth knowledge of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, but they are not medically qualified, and this helpline is not intended to replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. We are unable to provide a diagnosis, treatment prescription, or referral to a specialist. If your questions require medical advice, our helpline staff will advise you to contact a healthcare professional.
