A range of support is available including one-to-one sessions, digital self-help support, telephone support, and courses on managing stress and learning new skills.

The Health and Wellbeing service is being offered by the Sheffield Talking Therapies (formerly, IAPT) - which is part of Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. Support is being offered free of charge to people who live or work in Sheffield, and is available in a range of different formats. To be eligible for the service, individuals would need to meet a requirement of living in Sheffield and be registered with a Sheffield GP.

Individual sessions are available with Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and Cognitive Behavioural Therapists. The group course will be delivered by NHS professionals and include areas such as managing stress, mindfulness, and coping with itch and scratching.
