Changes to your diet?

From a holistic health perspective, and from personal experience of changing my diet and noticing the reduction in inflammation of my psoriasis, I would say, definitely cut down on junk food, regardless of how much sport you do- its the content of the food itself that matters, not your weight or the balance of calories! Everyone saying eat more fish, that's not true at all! Cut down on ALL seafood and increase your red meat instead. I'm honestly only recommending this because it's the only change I made to my diet and it seemed to decrease the redness significantly. I hope it works for anyone else :)
