whats similar to cocois?

can't get cocois anywhere at the moment and its the main thing i was using for my psoriasis on my scalp. anyone know what else i can try thats the same or similar?

I tryed cocois but it smelt so foul, so this nurse at the hospitil suggested cocconut oil, leave it on for a few hours then wash it off and the flakes/ psoriasis on scalp should come off easily.

yeah coconut oil is good but there is somthing called sebco its vile but work but you have to wash your hair alot to get the smell out
