Scalp treatment

The worse of my psoriasis is in my scalp. Please let me know what has worked for you.

Capasol works really well for me you can get it on prescription its a shampoo it dosent smell great but it works miracles trust me! i hope this helps ive tried every available product under the sun for the past few years and this is the best.
